The hotel was very old fashioned and tired but clean. It took over an hour for the other 2 rooms to be cleaned, and the kitchen would not feed my dog. The location was perfect away from the hustle and bustle but only a 10/15 minute walk into the main center. The service was mixed, with some staff really friendly and helpful while others were rude and unhelpful. The dining experience had a great menu at the snack bar, but there were constant shortages of items like ice creams. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms, though some areas show signs of wear and tear. The service was helpful, with some room for improvement in friendliness. The location provides beautiful views but may require adjustments for families. The dining experience offers a good selection at reasonable prices. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, my room was a disaster with duct tape on the curtains and holes in the headboards, and it lacked basic security with no locks, only door handles. However, the room did have a balcony with a nice sea view. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with exceptional staff like Pedro and Ramon upon arrival but then unfounded blame for a dirty room upon checkout. The location was good with a lifeguard and proximity to small bays, but there were some challenges with the cleanliness and service. The dining experience was lovely but somewhat limited and not inclusive of packaged products. The facilities could do with an upgrade to match the price offered.
